I created this gourd out of gratitude for the privilege of shelter. During this pandemic I have a home. I have people I love in my home and I have a long-term loving relationship to lean on. I am beyond grateful. This piece was inspired by a painting I made for my husband several years ago. Acrylic paint on a canteen gourd, with gold leaf on the vines. 6" in diameter by 5" high
